Service cards are for use when conducting Backflow & TMV testing. These cards are personalised with your company details and the hard plastic card has a matte finish on the back for filling in the test details with a pen.

• Description

  These service cards are credit card sized, hard plastic cards with matte finish on the back for writing, designed specifically for Backflow & TMV Testing.

  These cards will be customised with your company name, address/email and contact number so client's always have your details on hand. The cards also have a punched hole for attaching to the tested device with a cable tie.

  This pack contains 20 personalised and pre-punched cards.

• Postage and Handling

  If you require postage and handling, there is a flat fee of $15.00. If you would like to pick up your purchase from the MPAQ office, please contact MPAQ on 07 3273 0800 to waive the postage and handling fee.

  Items can be picked up from the MPAQ office between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and a two week office shutdown over Christmas and New Year).
