Mental Health

COVID-19 and the uncertainty that comes with it for yourself and your business is likely to have an impact on the mental health of you, as a business owner, your workers and your family.During this crisis people might experience feelings of anxiety, stress, fear, uncertainty and depression. It is important to be aware of these both as an employer and employee, and if you or your workers are experiencing these feelings and would like to seek some assistance please reach out to one of the many organisations that are equipped to guide you through these difficult times. Even during times of isolation try to keep lines of communication open and recognise the signs within yourself and those around you.
