Where the individual is engaged primarily for clerical/administrative work such as office administration, financial administration, reception work, customer service or logistics support. The relevant Award coverage for these contracts is:

  • Clerks--Private Sector Award 2020 

 

This contract is not applicable to employees directly engaged in plumbing or fire sprinkler fitting work.

  • Inclusions

    The contract bundle includes:

    2 x Full time editable PDF contracts - These contracts should be used for individuals that you wish to engage on a full time, 38 hours (on average) per week basis.

    • Hourly paid - Hourly employees are paid a specific rate for each hour they work. Their total pay for a period will depend directly on the number of hours they have logged.
    • Salaried paid - Salaried employees are paid a fixed annual wage, irrespective of the number of hours worked. You must ensure that an employee on a fixed salary is better off overall than they would be if paid the minimum hourly rate, with all applicable entitlements under the modern award included.

    1 x Part time editable PDF contract - This contract should be used for individuals you require stable, consistent output but you do not require a full-time employee.

    1 x Casual editable PDF contract - Useful where demand is inconsistent or you require cover for staff leave. The employment relationship has no firm advance commitment to ongoing work and they’re entitled to a casual loading or specific rate of casual pay.

    PLUS, the following documents:
