An employment contract is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions of employment and details the specific provisions agreed to between the employer and the employee. MPAQ has a suite of employment contract templates available for purchase to cover full time, part time and casual employees, including tradespersons, apprentices, labourers, clerical employees, building and construction, and non-award employees.
