Promotion: Toyota & MPAQ NRL Corporate Box Experience – Suncorp Round 18, 2026
1) Promoter
The promoter is Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland (MPAQ), ABN 88 820 301 638, of Plumbing Industry House, 11/243 Bradman Street, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 (phone 07 3273 0800, email info@mpaq.com.au). This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
2) Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+ who are employed by a business that holds a current registered MPAQ contracting membership at the time of the draw. Employees, Board members and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible. One (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Automated, bulk, third‑party or proxy entries are not permitted. Incomplete or invalid entries will be deemed void.
3) Promotion Period
The promotion opens 25 February 2026 and closes 25 May 2026 (AEST). Entries close at 4:00 pm AEST on 25 May 2026.
4) How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the competition entry form during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entry is free (linking entry to purchasing at normal retail price is permitted, but no entry fee can be charged). Any costs associated with accessing the entry form (e.g., internet service provider fees) are the entrant’s responsibility. The Promoter is not responsible for technical or telecommunications issues that prevent entry submission.
5) Game Type & Draw
This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected by electronic random draw. The draw will take place on Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland, Plumbing Industry House, 11/243 Bradman Street, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, at 10:30 am AEST. At the time of the initial draw, the Promoter will also draw three (3) reserve entries in the same manner. If the first drawn winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry. If the first reserve entry cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the prize will be offered to the second reserve entry, then the third reserve entry, each in the order drawn.
6) Prize
There is 1 × major prize, consisting of:
• 2 × Corporate Box tickets (winner + guest) to Broncos vs Sharks, Round 18,
• Date: Saturday, 4 July 2026
• Venue: Suncorp Stadium — Corporate Suite
• 1 night’s accommodation (1 room, twin share) with breakfast
Total prize value: AUD $4,290. Prize values are the genuine retail values at the time of drafting and are in Australian dollars. The guest must be 18+. The prize cannot be taken as cash, exchanged, or transferred unless otherwise stated by the Promoter. The prize does not include any items prohibited under Queensland law. Event changes/cancellation: If the NRL match is varied, postponed, or cancelled for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, no cash or alternative prize will be offered, subject to any applicable laws. Co‑operative Promotion & Third‑Party Prize Supply: This promotion is a co‑operative activity between Toyota and MPAQ. The prize is supplied by Toyota, and MPAQ has no control over the fulfilment, delivery, availability, scheduling, quality, or any changes relating to the prize or event experience. Any components of the prize delivered by Toyota or third‑party providers remain the sole responsibility of those providers.
7) Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be notified directly by email and/or phone using the contact details supplied at entry within two (2) business days of the draw. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct. Results will not be published.
8) Reserve Winners & Unclaimed Prize
Reserve entries will be used in the order drawn as set out in clause 5. If after reasonable attempts the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) business days after initial notification, the Promoter will award the prize to the first reserve entry; if that person cannot be contacted or is ineligible, then to the next reserve entry, and so on.
9) Verification
The Promoter may request acceptable identification and evidence of current MPAQ membership before awarding the prize. Failure to provide required verification may result in invalidation of the entry and forfeiture of the prize.
10) Entrant Conduct & Fairness
Entries must be made by the individual entrant and not by agents or on behalf of another person. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or that in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion manipulate the entry process or unfairly prejudice other entrants (so each entrant has a fair and equal chance).
11) Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, telecommunications or website outages; (ii) unauthorised access or third‑party interference; (iii) lost, late or misdirected entries; or (iv) acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law. As Toyota is the prize supplier, MPAQ is not responsible for prize fulfilment, delivery, changes, delays, venue restrictions, or issues arising from Toyota or any third‑party service provider involved in the prize experience.
12) Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion, contact the winner and award the prize. Data will be collected and stored in accordance with MPAQ’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being handled in this manner.
13) General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it becomes not reasonably practicable to proceed as planned, subject to regulatory requirements. This promotion is conducted as a Category 4 promotional game (free‑entry trade promotion). No permit is required in Queensland provided entry is free and winners are determined by chance in accordance with the Charitable and Non‑Profit Gaming framework. This is a co‑operative promotion between Toyota and MPAQ, with Toyota supplying the prize and MPAQ administering the promotion.
