Payment is to be received within 28 days of invoice or no later than two weeks prior to the event, whichever is the earlier. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the event. MPAQ reserves the right at its absolute discretion to alter or cancel promoted events and associated activities if there is not sufficient industry support to sustain them. If you do not wish to have your photo published, please inform MPAQ in writing upon your booking submission. Any/all equipment used at the event (including venue/contractors equipment) that is damaged by anyone under the company booking, the company will be liable to pay damages as deemed appropriate by either the venue/contractors or MPAQ.

COVID-19 Policy

Should an MPAQ event be directly affected by a Government lockdown/directive resulting in postponement or cancellation, MPAQ reserve the right to retain 25% of the total investment. The remaining amount will be either refunded or credited towards a future MPAQ event.

If any attendee is not fully vaccinated but purchases a ticket for an event that is held at a location or venue that requires full vaccination status, that attendee will not be entitled to a refund.

If a person attends any event and displays symptoms of COVID-19, they may be asked to leave the event. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be provided or held as a credit, or the attendee may be required to pay the full price of the event.

Any person that has tested positive to COVID-19 or is deemed a close contact as per the Queensland Health website, is not to attend any scheduled MPAQ events. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be provided or held as a credit, or the attendee may be required to pay the full price of the event, this will be at the discretion of MPAQ.

If an attendee tests positive to COVID-19 or becomes a close contact within a few days following the event, they are to notify MPAQ as soon as possible.

Each attendee of MPAQ events must adhere to the relevant Queensland Government requirements in terms of wearing masks, at the time of the event.
