Issuing of Certificates
Upon successful completion of the course that the student has enrolled in, the student will receive one of the following:
- If the student was enrolled in an accredited nationally recognised course, they will receive a Statement of Attainment.
- If the student was enrolled in a non-accredited course, they will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The student will be sent a digital copy via email and a hard copy is also posted to the address nominated on the students enrolment form.
Reissue of Certificates
Current and past students seeking a statement of attainment re-print must contact the Technical Services Team via phone or email and must submit their photo identification for verification of identity. The following fee of $30.00 applies, (this is for the search, reprint and postage of the certificate).
The fee is to be paid prior to the search being conducted and is non-refundable. Students should allow up to 10 working days for the receipt of the replacement certificate.
- The reissued certificate will be mailed to the student to the address as advised by the student. A copy of the reissued certificate will be kept on the student’s file.
